We all want more for the money we spend, and technology is no exception to that. Even the vendors pay lip service to the idea of strategic partnerships and providing more value. But it doesn’t always work. You’ve got to find the right vendors, they’ve got to have the right attitude and be willing to engage, you don’t need all of them to buy into it, but those that do have got to be able to work with each other, not just you.
